When officers arrived, they found a deceased adult male \u201camong recycling debris.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Speaking to reporters shortly after 1 a.m., Duty Inspt. Sgt. Jay Hayes said the circumstances surrounding the man\u2019s death are still under investigation.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/O37WLK4JDZHHBAHT5OUR6FLYLQ.jpg\"  width=\"800\" height=\"452\"\/>human remains Police investigating after human remains were found at a recycling facility in Vaughan Friday November 7, 2025 (CP24 photo). <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cOfficers arrived on scene, they discovered a deceased adult male at the location. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the death are still under investigation,\u201d Hayes said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">He added that the Office of the Chief Coroner, along with homicide and missing persons investigators, are also involved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cThe scene has been secured. You can expect a large police presence in the area while our forensic identification unit processes the scene,\u201d he said, noting police do not believe the deceased is an employee of the facility.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Police say it is not yet known how the man died, how long the remains were there or whether foul play is suspected.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">At this time, no suspect description has been provided.
