{"id":272874,"date":"2025-11-09T21:51:07","date_gmt":"2025-11-09T21:51:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/272874\/"},"modified":"2025-11-09T21:51:07","modified_gmt":"2025-11-09T21:51:07","slug":"pedestrian-critical-following-vaughan-multi-vehicle-crash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/272874\/","title":{"rendered":"Pedestrian critical following Vaughan multi-vehicle crash"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">A pedestrian is fighting for her life in the hospital following a collision in Vaughan late Sunday morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The crash happened near Famous Avenue and Colossus Drive, which is south of Highway 7 and east of Weston Road.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">York Regional Police say they were called to that area just before noon for reports of a pedestrian that had been struck during multi-vehicle collision.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Police initially said a 60-year-old woman was transported to a trauma centre with serious injuries.
