BC Lions owner Amar Doman believes Tommy Nield\u2019s game-winning touchdown that gave the Saskatchewan Roughriders the win over the BC Lions in the Western Final on Saturday should not have been ruled a catch.<\/p>\n
Doman took to Instagram and shared a pair of images — which originated from Reddit, according to TSN Football Insider Farhan Lalji — that showed the tail end of the play. One of the photos has a caption reading \u201cNot a catch.\u201d<\/p>\n

A play can only be overturned when there is clear and obvious reason to do so.<\/p>\n \u201cI knew I caught it the whole time. Then I\u2019m seeing the review, and I\u2019m like, \u2018Is there something they saw?\u2019 because you never know what\u2019s going to happen there. I was just sitting there waiting, making sure I didn\u2019t do all that celebrating for it to get turned over,\u201d Nield said after the game<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Riders will face the Montreal Alouettes in the Grey Cup in Winnipeg next Sunday on Nov. 16.<\/p>\n
