Tomas Hertl<\/a> and Ivan Barbashev<\/a> scored, and Carl Lindbom<\/a> made 17 saves for the Golden Knights (7-4-4), who have lost three in a row (0-2-1).<\/p>\n

Marchand extended it to 2-0 at 10:54 of the second period. Gustav Forsling<\/a> cleared the puck off the boards into the neutral zone, where Marchand picked it up. He then skated down the left wing and deked around Kaedan Korczak<\/a> before lifting in a backhand in the slot.<\/p>\n

Hertl cut it to 2-1 at 1:25 of the third period, knocking in a rebound while falling to the ice after Bobrovsky made the initial save on Shea Theodore<\/a>\u2019s shot.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey’ll always be rebounds,\u201d Hertl said. \u201cWe just have to do a little more, myself included, to just get to the net and find the rebounds. Not every [goal] has to be pretty. We have to just dig in and be a little harder in both blue paints.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reinhart responded with a power-play goal to make it 3-1 at 4:54. He redirected Seth Jones<\/a>‘ one-timer from the right point past the pad of Lindbom.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe looked cold for the last four or five games,\u201d Maurice said. \u201cThey moved it really well. We had a great backdoor chance that didn\u2019t go, so you\u2019re starting to feel snakebitten because we\u2019ve had a few of those.
