Stock up on vitamin D<\/p>\n<p>Low levels of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vogue.com\/article\/vitamin-d-benefits\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">vitamin D<\/a> are linked to increased susceptibility to infection, along with low mood and fatigue, Packham describes. \u201cInclude oily fish and eggs in your diet and consider supplementing with a vitamin D supplement,\u201d she advises. Because of winter\u2019s limited sunlight and the fact that we get very small amounts through our diet, a good quality supplement can be an efficient way to boost levels.<\/p>\n<p>4.
