The Belgian champion was hit by a car during training on Sunday, the day after the European Championships where she finished 13th.<\/p>\n<p>A day later, she escaped serious injury. During a training session, she was involved in a collision with a car, her team announced today.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;She sustained a cut wound on her left buttock, which was closed with staples,&#8221; Crelan-Corendon reported. &#8220;The recovery is going well, but she is taking the necessary rest.
