The WBC flyweight title was disputed in this fight.<\/p>\n<p>1989: In a fight where the WBC strawweight title was at stake, Jeum Hwan Choi knocked out Napa Kiatwanchai in Seoul, South Korea.<\/p>\n<p>1994: In Mexico City, Ricardo L\u00f3pez defended his WBC strawweight crown by knocking out Javier Varguez in 8 rounds.<\/p>\n<p>1995: In Bangkok, Thailand, Saman Sorjaturong knocked out Yuichi Hosono in 4 rounds, defending his WBC light flyweight title.<\/p>\n<p>1997: In Sapporo, Japan, Chatchai Sasakul defeated Yuri Arbachakov by decision.
