Paolo Fiore, of York Regional Police\u2019s Homicide Unit, announced said two and two youths are in custody.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/HSSZZFLYPNGO7GTOXK6YK5M66E.jpeg\"  width=\"800\" height=\"450\"\/>Insp. Paolo Fiore, of York Regional Police\u2019s Homicide Unit, speaks during a Nov. 12 news conference. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">One of those individuals, 26-year-old Toronto resident Amir Wiam Mohammad Abuhmaid is facing several charges including with first-degree murder.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Choszen Roshan Phillip, 25, also of Toronto, as well as two 16-year-old boys, have also been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.<\/p>\n<p>Teen, man outstanding<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Fiore also said police are searching for a 16-year-old Jayshaun Williams, of Toronto, who is wanted for first-degree murder.
