The Movingstyle has a number of premium design and performance features that mark it out as more than just a new “portable TV”. Particularly eye-catching, of course, is the way it can be mounted on a white floor stand pole with a soft-wheeled base so that you can simply walk the screen around your house rather than having to carry it. The screen can run on battery power for up to three hours, too, so you don\u2019t even need to worry about trailing cables or finding convenient plug sockets.<\/p>\n
A brilliantly designed attachment system, meanwhile, means that you can effortlessly rotate The Movingstyle screen through 90 degrees, so that you can watch content in portrait instead of landscape format. Or you can fully detach the screen from the pole and carry it to a desktop or work surface using a built-in carry handle, with an integrated kick stand included to prop the detached screen up. To be clear, all the necessary attachments and supports for both The Movingstyle\u2019s desktop and stand setups are built into the product; you don\u2019t need to buy any optional extra fittings.<\/p>\n
The Movingstyle\u2019s 27-inch screen sports a QHD native resolution, supports native 120Hz refresh rates, and carries USB-C and HDMI connections \u2013 as well as providing phone mirroring and Wi-Fi support for a truly wireless viewing experience. The integrated Wi-Fi support works with an integrated version of Samsung\u2019s Tizen smart operating system to deliver access to all the main video streaming services most people will need, as well as Samsung\u2019s TV Plus service of curated streamed TV channels. <\/p>\n
You can control the Movingstyle by voice (via Bixby or Alexa) or gesture (via Galaxy Watch) commands, or by directly interacting with its integrated touchscreen system. <\/p>\n
The Movingstyle features a touch screen interface, with software included that lets you create your own masterpieces on its screen.<\/p>\n

The Movingstyle is not just limited to smart TV functionality. Its high refresh rates make it a potentially excellent gaming screen \u2013 potential it supports by carrying a dedicated Gaming Hub screen accessible from its home menu that provides access to all the main streamed game services.<\/p>\n
You can also use the display as a potential work screen, or draw and write directly on to it courtesy of its touch screen interface and a Whiteboard App with integrated Sketch Now functionality. You can even turn the display into a work of art when you\u2019re not actually watching something specific on it courtesy of Samsung\u2019s integrated Art Store, which gives you access to thousands of digital artworks you can download to use as beautiful screensavers. <\/p>\n
The display even supports personalized \u2018info widgets\u2019 so that you can populate the screen with such helpful things as weather reports, music apps, memos and so on. <\/p>\n

The Movingstyle is capable of playing high dynamic range images, even supporting the premium HDR10+ format with its extra scene by scene metadata. Though in keeping with Samsung\u2019s TVs, there\u2019s no support for the Dolby Vision HDR system.<\/p>\n
The two-channel speaker system built into The Movingstyle is capable of decoding Dolby Atmos movie and TV soundtracks. You can even combine its speakers with Samsung soundbars courtesy of the brand\u2019s Q-Symphony feature, whlle Samsung\u2019s Object Tracking Sound system is on hand to help make specific sound effects appear to be coming from the correct area of the screen. <\/p>\n
In the U.S. Samsung hasn\u2019t just launched the main Movingstyle display: It\u2019s also announced availability of the Movingstyle M7 Smart Monitor \u2013 a more affordable ($699.99) native 4K 32-inch display that also ships with an integrated wheeled floorstand and can also be rotated through 90 degrees for portrait or landscape use. This one only supports 60Hz refresh rates, though, doesn\u2019t feature a touch-screen interface, doesn\u2019t carry a built-in battery, and can\u2019t be detached from its pole-mount base. <\/p>\n
