Amy Schumer is getting a fresh start by wiping her social-media slate clean.<\/p>\n

On November 11, Amy Schumer<\/a> informed her 12 million Instagram followers that she had removed all her previous posts from the account. \u201cI\u2019m feeling good and happy,\u201d the 44-year-old comedian wrote. \u201cDeleted my old pics for no reason!\u201d<\/p>\n

The comedian wanted to be clear on one thing: she did not delete her entire Instagram history merely because of her changed appearance. Schumer has been open about her weight loss journey<\/a> with assistance from Mounjaro<\/a>, a GLP-1 medication that can lead to weight loss in many patients.<\/p>\n

On Nov. 12, as a response to media outlets speculating on the reasons behind her new minimalist feed, she wrote in an Instagram<\/a> post: \u201cI didn\u2019t delete my old photos because they were pre me losing weight,\u201d adding, \u201cI\u2019m proud of how I\u2019ve looked always.\u201d <\/p>\n

Schumer also wrote that she did not \u201cpurposely go on a \u2018weight loss journey\u2019,\u201d adding that it\u2019s a \u201cfine thing to go on.\u201d Her focus, she wrote, has been her health. \u201cI\u2019m sure my weight will always fluctuate. I\u2019m a perimenopausal woman on hrt meds.\u201d <\/p>\n

The Instagram<\/a> post that announced the feed re-start featured photos of Schumer seated in a chair and on a staircase, wearing a strapless red silk-wool Valentino mini-dress with a heart at the front, paired with black, bow-accented slingback pumps from Chanel. (Those who love Schumer\u2019s Valentino garment should note it\u2019s available for purchase at Harrods<\/a>, priced at a cool $6,400.) Bright red appears to be Schumer\u2019s color this autumn, with the star being photographed in multiple red dresses for outings.<\/p>\n

Schumer, known for her comedic roles in movies like Kinda Pregnant and Trainwreck, also wrote in the caption that she is \u201cback on my staircase bulls–t again.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also thanked her glam team, including celebrity spray tan artist Anna Spray Tanner<\/a>, hair salon Vo\u00ebl Hair Studio<\/a> (which specializes in \u201chand-tied hair extensions for fine hair\u201d), and Gita Bass<\/a>, a celebrity makeup artist who counts Courteney Cox, Sarah Paulson<\/a>, Reese Witherspoon<\/a>, and Laura Dern<\/a> among her clientele.<\/p>\n

Although Schumer has limited who can comment on her Instagram posts, the photos garnered attention from Schumer\u2019s famous friends. Heiress Nicky Hilton wrote \u201cyesss\u201d with a flame emoji, while actress Ashley Park commented \u201cQueen\u201d with heart-eyes.<\/p>\n

On November 12, Schumer revealed via her Instagram stories that she wore the look for a celebration, writing that she \u201chad a blast at a friend\u2019s [birthday] party last night.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the time of writing, the comedian only has these two posts visible on her Instagram. <\/p>\n
