When it comes to taking some down time, many of us have certain things we like to do in order to relax. The soap stars do as well, like former General Hospital fave Ryan Paevey (ex-Nathan). The actor recently posted a video<\/a> filled with various adventures he\u2019s taken on his motorcycle and shared, \u201cSome of my favorite adventures \u2014 and I\u2019ve been on some really crazy adventures \u2014 have been on top of a bike.\u201d<\/p>\n

He went on to state, \u201cAll the clich\u00e9s that you\u2019ve heard about motorcycling in some way, shape or form are true\u2026 if you ride for long enough you\u2019ll experience all of them yourself. You\u2019ll get to ride off into the sunset, you\u2019ll get that feeling of freedom, you\u2019ll get that feeling of speed. They\u2019re all true at the end of the day. It doesn\u2019t matter how many miles I\u2019ve ridden, I always want more.\u201d<\/p>\n

He then asked his followers, \u201cWhat adventure should I go on next?\u201d Many of them rode into the comments to list their various locations, and why the actor should head their way, and one of his former Port Charles castmates had an idea or two of her own\u2026 \u201cGo across India,\u201d Finola Hughes (Anna) suggested, \u201cor Australia.\u201d <\/p>\n

But riding a motorcycle isn\u2019t the only thing that Paevey does to relax\u2026 He also posted another video<\/a> to give fans a front row seat into his \u201cWest coast therapy.\u201d The reel showed the actor near his truck, holding a surf board. And after making his way down the stairs to the beach, he hit the waves. <\/p>\n

So, whether you climb on a motorcycle, or ride the surf, taking some time to just enjoy your surroundings goes a long way.<\/p>\n
