Mir is an undefeated bantamweight with a background in wrestling and jiu-jitsu. <a href=\"https:\/\/bloodyelbow.com\/2023\/01\/27\/bella-mir-daughter-ufc-champ-frank-mir-signs-ufc-first-nil-contract-amateur-collegiate-wrestling\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">She\u2019s the first athlete in history to receive an NIL deal from the UFC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u2019s last MMA fight was in 2022, as Mir took time off to focus on her college career.<\/p>\n<p>Mir returned this Sunday on <a href=\"https:\/\/bloodyelbow.com\/tag\/ufc\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UFC<\/a> Fight Pass, where he stayed undefeated with an impressive submission win.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"  src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/GettyImages-2222172291-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Bella Mir at UFC BJJ 1\" \/>Photo by Chris Unger\/Zuffa LLCBella Mir wins MMA return by kimura on UFC Fight Pass<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u2019s return fight came against former Fury FC amateur champion Stephanie \u2018Stone Cold\u2019 Calderon at Fury Challenger Series 14 in Houston, Texas.<\/p>\n<p>Mir got a takedown on Calderon early in the fight. Mir controlled Calderon on the ground, grabbing a hold of her back.<\/p>\n<p>Within minutes, Mir used her folkstyle wrestling to get what she called a \u2018chicken wing\u2019, securing a kimura submission from Calderon\u2019s back for the tap-out in the first round.<\/p>\n<p>Mir improved to 4-0 in her Fury FC debut, handing Calderon her first loss.<\/p>\n<p>After her first win in over three years, Mir says she\u2019s not looking to return anytime soon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMaybe next year,\u201d Mir said in her post-fight interview.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis was fun. I can\u2019t wait\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bella Mir wants to settle father\u2019s rivalry with Brock Lesnar<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bloodyelbow.com\/2025\/07\/22\/frank-mirs-daughter-wants-to-settle-fathers-feud-with-brock-lesnar-by-fighting-his-daughter-in-the-ufc\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mir made headlines earlier this week<\/a> when she was asked about Brock Lesnar\u2019s daughter.<\/p>\n<p>Frank Mir and <a href=\"https:\/\/bloodyelbow.com\/tag\/brock-lesnar\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Brock Lesnar<\/a> had an iconic rivalry in the UFC heavyweight division, with <a href=\"https:\/\/bloodyelbow.com\/2025\/01\/29\/i-was-so-mad-brock-lesnar-reveals-the-most-frustrating-thing-about-losing-to-frank-mir\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mir winning their first fight by kneebar<\/a> and Lesnar getting revenge with a TKO stoppage in their rematch at UFC 100 in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Mir and Lesnar never had a trilogy fight, leaving their series tied at 1-1.<\/p>\n<p>Lesnar has a daughter near Mir\u2019s age, Mya. The 23-year-old Mya Lesnar is a college athlete, who <a href=\"https:\/\/bloodyelbow.com\/2025\/05\/20\/viking-woman-ufc-fans-react-to-brock-lesnars-lookalike-daughter-winning-fourth-shot-put-title\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">recently broke her school\u2019s shot put record in this year\u2019s NCAA championships<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe amount of people that have asked me if I want to fight her and do the Brock Lesnar-Frank Mir trilogy but in daughter form,\u201d Mir told MMA Fighting\u2019s Damon Martin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know Dana [White] would 100% approve of that if Mya was fighting\u2026<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo if Mya Lesnar, if you\u2019re ever hearing this, you should train and we could just have a little fight. That would be awesome.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s athletic, she\u2019ll get it down. She trains for a year? That would be insane.
