It underscores our readiness to host world-class experiences that inspire healthier lifestyles and reinforce Lagos\u2019s reputation as Africa\u2019s model megacity,\u201d said Lekan Fatodu, Director General of Lagos State Sports Commission (LSSC).\n<\/p>\n<p>The 170km route will start and finish at Eko Atlantic City, passing through Victoria Island, the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge, and the Lekki\u2013Epe Expressway to Epe, before looping back for a grand finish.\n<\/p>\n<p>Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Toke Benson-Awoyinka, described the event as a major boost for Lagos\u2019s sports tourism and creative economy.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Cycling Challenge showcases our city\u2019s coastal beauty, infrastructure, and cultural energy in a way that attracts visitors, empowers communities, and inspires healthier lifestyles.
