Cyrus co-wrote and co-produced the track with Andrew Wyatt and <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/artists\/5304-mark-ronson\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mark Ronson<\/a>, and it has additional contributions from <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/artists\/jonathan-wilson\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jonathan Wilson<\/a>, Simon Franglen, Brandon Bost, and others. Listen to \u201cDream as One (From Avatar: Fire and Ash)\u201d below.<\/p>\n<p>Avatar: Fire and Ash is the third installment in director James Cameron\u2019s Avatar franchise. It hits U.S. theaters on December 19. The original soundtrack album, featuring composer Simon Franglen\u2019s score, is out the week before, on December 12.<\/p>\n<p>The second Avatar movie, Avatar: The Way of Water, came out in 2022. <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/artists\/29533-the-weeknd\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Weeknd<\/a> made an original song, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/the-weeknd-shares-new-avatar-the-way-of-water-song-nothing-is-lost-you-give-me-strength-listen\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nothing Is Lost (You Give Me Strength)<\/a>,\u201d for that film. The original Avatar, from 2009, featured Leona Lewis\u2019 \u201cI See You (Theme From Avatar).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cyrus released her latest studio album, <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/reviews\/albums\/miley-cyrus-something-beautiful\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Something Beautiful<\/a>, in May.
