Millie Bobby Brown<\/a> delivered the perfect retort when a photographer<\/a> instructed her to \u201csmile\u201d at the Stranger Things<\/a> premiere in London<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 21-year-old posed on the red carpet<\/a> at the star-studded event in Leicester Square on Thursday <\/a>to celebrate the fifth and final series of her hit Netflix sci-fi drama.<\/p>\n

Things quickly soured when a male paparazzo shouted at her over the din, yelling: \u201cSmile, Millie… come on, smile!\u201d<\/p>\n

The Enola Holmes star furrowed her brow and shouted back, \u201cSmile? You smile!\u201d while pointing at the culprit.<\/p>\n

She then turned her back and strutted down the red carpet away from the photographer.<\/p>\n

The actress, who wore a black corset tulle gown with pumps that boasted an \u201c011\u201d detail in an apparent nod to her character, Eleven, also posed on the red carpet with her co-star Noah Schnapp, 21.<\/p>\n

Fans praised Brown – who recently adopted a baby girl<\/a> with her husband Jake Bongiovi – for how she handled the awkward exchange with the pap.<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean the way they were telling her to smile. Definitely warranted,\u201d one wrote on X, as another added: \u201cWish more of them would do this.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat the hell is this obsession with telling female celebs to smile?\u201d a third asked.<\/p>\n

Another user posted: \u201cSo valid. nothing puts you in a more rotten mood when someone tells you to smile.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brown\u2019s outing comes just weeks after reports claimed she had accused her Stranger Things co-star David Harbour of \u201cbullying and harassment\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She allegedly filed a complaint with \u201cpages and pages of accusations\u201d against her colleague, 50, before filming began on the final series.<\/p>\n

\u201cMillie Bobby Brown filed a harassment and bullying claim before they started shooting the last season,\u201d a source told the Mail on Sunday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere were pages and pages of accusations. The investigation went on for months.\u201d<\/p>\n

She was reportedly later accompanied on set by a personal representative during the final series of filming, which wrapped in December 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The complaint has since been \u201cresolved\u201d, Variety reported.<\/p>\n

Brown and Harbour were all smiles as they reunited on the red carpet<\/a> last week and she was quick to praise her co-star.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve obviously had a really special bond with David because we have a father and daughter relationship, and we do every scene together. You really get to see that in season five,\u201d she told Entertainment Tonight.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s been so special to have him along the journey for me. Winona, the kids.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m really honoured to have played Eleven and have to met such amazing people along the way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brown also told Extra: \u201cIt\u2019s been amazing. We\u2019re so lucky to have each other. The show means so much to the both of us and to everyone here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stranger Things creator Ross Duffer also addressed the allegations<\/a> at the event.<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously, you understand I can\u2019t get into personal on-set matters,\u201d he told The Hollywood Reporter.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut we\u2019ve been doing this for 10 years with this cast, and at this point they\u2019re family. Nothing matters more than having a set where everyone feels safe and happy.\u201d<\/p>\n
