Michael Morales clobbers Sean Brady with early TKO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Michael Morales may have punched his ticket to a UFC welterweight title shot last night (Sat., Nov. 15, 2025) at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mmamania.com\/ufc-322-jack-della-vs-islam-makhachev-start-time-full-results-espn-mma\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">UFC 322<\/a> LIVE on <a href=\"https:\/\/go.web.plus.espn.com\/c\/482924\/595608\/9070?subId1=SBN111125\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ESPN+ pay-per-view (PPV)<\/a> from inside Madison Square Garden in New York City, as the undefeated contender stunned Sean Brady with an impressive first-round TKO (punches).<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Morales was entering the biggest fight of his career, but seemed as calm as ever during fight week and on his way to the Octagon. Brady, who was riding a three fight win streak, is one of the toughest outs in the division. If Morales was going to deliver a lasting performance he would have to be on top of his game.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Morales was able to maintain distance in the early going and utilized a leaning stance that allowed him to keep his hips back in case Brady shot for a takedown. This took Brady\u2019s Plan A away and forced him into a standup fight. Morales is the longer, more powerful, and more polished striker so it was only a matter of time before the shots started to land.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1nfb3k4i _16w9vov1 _16w9vov0 ls9zuh1\">Morales\u2019 moment of victory came after he landed a nasty right hand over the top. Three more punches followed and Brady was clobbered to the ground. Morales quickly jumped on top to score heavy ground-and-pound and force the referee to step in.
