Contracts for European stocks gained 1% after the deal, which imposes 15% tariffs on most of the bloc\u2019s exports. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/quote\/ACWX:US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"media-ui-Link_link-tVkXhPLPofs-\" data-component=\"link\">MSCI All Country World Index<\/a> traded at a record while Asian shares were flat. The euro strengthened against the dollar. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-07-27\/latest-oil-market-news-and-analysis-for-july-28\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"media-ui-Link_link-tVkXhPLPofs-\" data-component=\"link\">Crude oil<\/a> edged 0.3% higher.
