{"id":287146,"date":"2025-11-16T17:08:11","date_gmt":"2025-11-16T17:08:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/287146\/"},"modified":"2025-11-16T17:08:11","modified_gmt":"2025-11-16T17:08:11","slug":"canadian-cyclocross-championships-tyler-clark-claims-elite-mens-title","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/287146\/","title":{"rendered":"Canadian Cyclocross Championships: Tyler Clark claims elite men&#8217;s title"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"2f52bb00-ce05-48c8-abed-3a96fe0d41d5\">Tyler Clark (Caledon Mills Armada) claimed a second-career elite men&#8217;s title at the <a data-analytics-id=\"inline-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cyclingnews.com\/canadian-cyclocross-national-championships\/\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"inline-link\" data-before-rewrite-localise=\"https:\/\/www.cyclingnews.com\/canadian-cyclocross-national-championships\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Canadian Cyclocross National<\/a> in L\u00e9vis, Quebec, on Saturday.\u00a0 Since winning his first crown in 2011, the 25-year-old has twice finished third, and this year he powered away solo to secure his long-awaited second title.<\/p>\n<p>Cody Scott (Competitive Edge Racing) finished second, crossing the line 1:30 back, and \u00c9mile Perreault (Accro V\u00e9lo) was third on the day.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"elk-seasonal\" data-url=\"\" href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\" data-hl-processed=\"none\"\/><\/p>\n<p id=\"2f52bb00-ce05-48c8-abed-3a96fe0d41d5-2\">Mika Comaniuk won the U23 men\u2019s title for the second year in a row, crossing the line with a 40-second lead on second-place Julien Desjardins. Alexander Woodford rounded out the podium in third.<\/p>\n<p>You may like<\/p>\n<p>Racers battled cold, windy conditions as they navigated a course set on the grounds of the Abbaye Cistercienne de St-Romuald in Parc de la Rivi\u00e8re-Etchemin in L\u00e9vis, Quebec.
