\n\tLionsgate\u2019s \u201cNow You See Me: Now You Don\u2019t\u201d swiped the top spot on global box office<\/a> charts with $75.5 million. The film, which also took first place<\/a> in the domestic marketplace, earned $54.2 million internationally from 64 territories. <\/p>\n

\n\tReleased nearly a decade after the previous entry in the series, the third \u201cNow You See Me\u201d performed well with foreign ticket buyers. Some of the highest-grossing territories include China ($19.2 million), South Korea ($3.9 million), France ($3.5 million) and the U.K. ($3.2 million). Ruben Fleischer directed \u201cNow You See Me: Now You Don\u2019t\u201d and the film brought back franchise mainstays Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher and Dave Franco as a band of Robin Hood-like illusionists. The movie cost $90 million to produce. <\/p>\n

\n\tSony\u2019s \u201cDemon Slayer:\u00a0Kimetsu\u00a0no\u00a0Yaiba\u00a0Infinity Castle\u201d opened in China\u00a0with a hefty\u00a0$52.4 million\u00a0debut. It now ranks as the fifth highest-grossing film of 2025, having earned nearly $730 million. <\/p>\n

\n\tParamount\u2019s \u201cThe Running Man,\u201d an R-rated adaptation of Stephen King\u2019s dystopian novel, collapsed at the global box office. After stumbling with a $17 million domestic launch, the film eked out an international gross of $11.2 million from 58 international markets. That\u2019s a disastrous result given \u201cThe Running Man\u2019s\u201d $110 million budget. The film was directed by Edgar Wright, who previously helmed \u201cBaby Driver\u201d and \u201cShaun of the Dead,\u201d and stars Glen Powell. Top markets for \u201cThe Running Man\u201d included the U.K. ($3.3 million), Germany ($1.1 million) and Australia ($1 million). <\/p>\n

\n\tAnd Warner Bros.\u2019 \u201cOne Battle After Another<\/a>\u201d crossed the $200 million mark at the global box office after earning another $1.4 million internationally. The thriller was directed by Paul Thomas Anderson and stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn and Chase Infiniti. It earned some of the year\u2019s best reviews, but its $140 million budget makes it one of 2025\u2019s bigger flops<\/a>.
