On Thursday, Sundar C released a statement citing \u201cunforeseen and unavoidable circumstances\u201d for stepping back from the project. The film, produced by Kamal Haasan\u2019s Raaj Kamal Films International, had generated enormous excitement among fans.<\/p>\n
In a note titled \u201cA heartfelt note to my dearest fans and well-wishers,\u201d Sundar C said: \u201cIt is with a heavy heart that I share some important news with you. Due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, I have made the difficult decision to step back from the prestigious project, #Thalaivar173.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added that directing Rajinikanth under Kamal Haasan\u2019s banner was a dream come true, and expressed gratitude for their guidance and inspiration:<\/p>\n
\u201cI will always hold them in the highest regard. The special moments we have shared over the past few days will be cherished forever. They have taught me invaluable lessons, and I will continue to seek their inspiration as I move forward.\u201d<\/p>\n
