Police said five pedestrians were struck during the crash, and all sustained minor injuries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Three individuals were transported to hospital. All drivers involved remained on the scene, police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Images from the scene showed that multiple ambulances, firetrucks, and police cruisers responded to the collision. At least once vehicle involved in the crash appears to have rammed into a planter near the side of the airport.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/PNASEQKLHBDKLA42ZO25S7SA74.jpg\"  width=\"800\" height=\"450\"\/>Toronto Pearson Airport Emergency crews respond to a multi-vehicle crash at Pearson International Airport that left several people injured on Nov. 20, 2025. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Pearson airport tweeted that it is aware of the crash and advised that it has no impact on operations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">No other details about the possible medical episode were released by police.
