Paris Jackson doesn\u2019t trust the people in charge of her father\u2019s estate, claiming in a new legal filing that the executors are short-changing his beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

She has been in a legal battle with the estate over proceeds from her late father\u2019s postmortem earnings since the summer. Last month, a filing revealed that she\u2019s so far received $65 million<\/a> from the estate, but now, Paris is telling an L.A. court that she\u2019s \u201cconcerned\u201d about how the King of Pop\u2019s money is being managed. <\/p>\n

This week, she alleged the executors\u2014John Branca and John McClain\u2014made $148 million in the run-up to 2021, at which point they pocketed another $10 million that year alone.<\/p>\n

Paris is one of the late pop star\u2019s three children, which includes brothers Bigi and Prince. Jackson\u2019s children were 12, 11, and 7 years old when he died in 2009.<\/p>\n

Paris, now 27, also alleges the estate\u2019s co-executors haven\u2019t properly invested $464 million of the money, resulting in a $41 million loss.<\/p>\n

A source close to the estate told People<\/a>, \u201cThis is another misguided attempt by Paris Jackson\u2019s attorneys to provide themselves cover. The fact is, Paris Jackson\u2019s lawyers lost their latest case against the Estate and have been ordered to pay the Estate\u2019s attorneys\u2019 expenses. All the beneficiaries are well taken care of by the Estate. This is a weak attempt to change the narrative of their loss.\u201d<\/p>\n

Still, in Jackson\u2019s latest filing, she insists she\u2019s \u201cincreasingly concerned the Estate has become the vehicle for John Branca to enrich and aggrandize himself, rather than serve the beneficiaries\u2019 best interests and steadfastly preserve her father\u2019s legacy.\u201d <\/p>\n

Jackson also claims the estate engages in \u201crisky\u201d investments, including the new Lionsgate biopic, Michael. While actor Colman Domingo, who stars in the film as Jackson\u2019s father, said that Paris Jackson was \u201cvery much in support of our film,\u201d Jackson responded on Instagram<\/a>, \u201cDon\u2019t be telling people I was \u2018helpful\u2019 on the set of a movie I had zero per cent involvement in lol that is so weird.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u201cI read one of the first drafts of the script and gave my notes about what was dishonest \/ didn\u2019t sit right with me, and when they didn\u2019t address it, I moved on with my life,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Though the model and singer said fans of her father should \u201cgo see\u201d and \u201cenjoy\u201d the movie, she also said it contains \u201cinaccuracies\u201d and \u201cfull-blown lies.\u201d She vowed to continue defending her family in the ways she can, per a spokesperson who told the Daily Mail<\/a> of her latest court filing, \u201cThis order is limited to minor procedural issues and does not change the facts.\u201d<\/p>\n
