The December 26 event, slated for the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall, promises a powerful blend of professional and amateur talent from Guyana and across the Caribbean, marking a significant revival of an old Guyanese sporting tradition.<\/p>\n<p>CBO Executive Seon Bristol announced the return of the Boxing Day card, once a cherished fixture in Guyanese culture, emphasising that the initiative aims to restore the vibrancy of the sport locally and regionally. \u201cWe will have a Boxing Day card in Guyana. December 26 at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall, bringing a return to traditions of years gone by,\u201d Bristol said, noting that the CBO\u2019s intent has always been to showcase the Caribbean as a unified boxing community.
