Police in Peel Region are searching for a man in his 20s after another man suffered \u201ctraumatic injuries\u201d which proved to be fatal in a Brampton neighbourhood on Saturday afternoon.<\/p>\n
Police say just after 3 p.m., they were called about a disturbance inside a home on Clearjoy Street, which is near Highway 410 and Bovaird Drive East. <\/p>\n
\u201cOn arrival, officers located an adult male in his 50s suffering from traumatic injuries,\u201d said Acting Sgt. Tyler Bell in an evening update. \u201cA suspect was observed leaving the area on foot in dark clothing.\u201d<\/p>\n
The suspect is believed to be in his 20s. <\/p>\n
Bell said the suspect and the victim are known to each other and that a man fitting the suspect\u2019s description is associated with the address, but police have not been able to confirm that he is the one they are seeking.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe believe right now that the person outstanding, the suspect, is associated with the address. Whether or not they live there full-time or have been known to visit, we\u2019re not certain. \u201c<\/p>\n
