{"id":302014,"date":"2025-11-23T16:15:10","date_gmt":"2025-11-23T16:15:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/302014\/"},"modified":"2025-11-23T16:15:10","modified_gmt":"2025-11-23T16:15:10","slug":"gunfire-evidence-found-after-collision-in-north-york","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/302014\/","title":{"rendered":"Gunfire evidence found after collision in North York"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Toronto police say they located evidence of gunfire at the scene of a multi-vehicle collision that shut down a North York intersection early Sunday morning. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Officers were called to the intersection of Steeles Avenue West and Islington Avenue at around 6:24 a.m. for reports of several vehicles involved in a crash. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/2ZL57IY2XJBVPETUD75TBQ5PEI.jpeg\"  width=\"800\" height=\"450\"\/>police Toronto police investigating after gunfire found at the scene of a multi-vehicle collision in North York on Sunday November 23, 2025 (CP24 photo). <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Emergency crews responded, and the intersection was closed in all directions.
