Jennifer Lopez<\/a> has been working on her fitness.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n On Nov. 22, the Kiss of the Spider Woman<\/a> star, 56, shared photos showing off her sporty style while sporting a skin-tight white long-sleeve, leggings and a matching baseball cap with the letter \u201cJ\u201d embroidered on the front.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n In the caption, Lopez quipped, \u201cCan\u2019t stop the J Glow \u2728.\u201d\n<\/p>\n Lopez is no stranger to showing off her workout routines<\/a> and toned abs<\/a> on social media. In May, on the same day as the Met Gala<\/a>, she posted a mirror selfie that highlighted her prominent abs and chic athleisure style<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n At the time, she captioned the post<\/a>, \u201cPush today so you glow tomorrow,\u201d with sparkle and bicep emojis as a nod to her hard work in the gym.\n<\/p>\n The sporty looks are a contrast from her glamorous appearances on red carpets. Since then, she\u2019s made it clear that she was \u201cexcited\u201d to be on her own and focus on herself<\/a>.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a lifelong process,” Lopez told comedian Nikki Glaser<\/a> of her journey to self-discovery during an interview with Interview<\/a> magazine in October 2024. “I think that’s what I love about life: that there’s no arrival point. There’s only getting better and growing if you want to. Yes, I\u2019m not looking for anybody, because everything that I\u2019ve done over the past 25, 30 years, being in these different challenging situations, what can I f—— do when it\u2019s just me flying on my own … what if I’m just free?”\n<\/p>\n Aside from working out, the mom of two<\/a> has been focusing on her acting career<\/a>, having recently starred in her first movie musical adapted from the hit Broadway musical, Kiss of the Spider Woman<\/a>.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n “People, when they see you first as one thing, it’s hard for them to see you as something else,\u201d Lopez told host Lee Cowan during a September episode of CBS News Sunday Morning<\/a>, adding that she\u2019s always struggled to be taken seriously in the world of acting. \u201cYou just have to show them. You can’t let that discourage you.\u201d\n<\/p>\n \u201cMaybe it’s just me in my own head,” she added. “I don’t know. I’ve always felt a bit of the underdog. Definitely misunderstood. But it comes with the territory of being in the public eye.\u201d\n<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cPeople are not gonna really know who you are, your heart. And then they see it and go, ‘Oh, that’s who she is,’ then they hear something and they go, ‘Oh, no, that’s not who she is.’ And they get confused. I get it. I understand.”\n<\/p>\n As for her dating life? While she\u2019s never worried too much about keeping her romances out of the spotlight, Lopez recently shared that she wants to keep her relationships a bit more \u201cquiet\u201d in the future<\/a>.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n \u201cAfter what’s happened in the past few years to me and my children, I just feel like I want to keep that part so much more quiet in my life,\u201d she said on Howard Stern<\/a>\u2019s SiriusXM<\/a> show in October.\n<\/p>\n “It’s hard, because these are big moments in your life. You want to share them with everybody, and you think ‘That’s okay.’ But the truth is when you’re in this type of career and you have the type of level of fame that we’re talking about, there is a compromise,\u201d she added. \u201cThere are adjustments that you do need to make, because it is a very blessed life.”<\/p>\n
