Soon-to-be second-year guard Paige Bueckers has kept up her busy schedule this offseason, but will still find time to focus on improving as an all-around player <\/p>\n
During the Monday before Thanksgiving, the Dallas Wings made a huge announcement concerning Bueckers’ offseason, and it certainly is one that, in all likelihood, should make the Wings fanbase excited.<\/p>\n
Paige Bueckers will participate in USA Basketball Women’s National Team Training Camp at Duke University.<\/p>\n

Let’s goooooo PB5.”<\/p>\n The full roster regarding who will be participating was also revealed, too.<\/p>\n The \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 #USABWNT<\/a> Is Back\u203c\ufe0f<\/p>\n 18 athletes will attend training camp Dec. 12-14 in Durham, North Carolina. pic.twitter.com\/qp4lK9rOXq<\/a><\/p>\n \u2014 USA Basketball (@usabasketball) November 24, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n “Ten players will make their senior national team camp debuts\u00a0including Lauren Betts,\u00a0Cameron Brink,\u00a0Paige Bueckers,\u00a0Veronica Burton,\u00a0Sonia Citron,\u00a0Caitlin Clark,\u00a0Kiki\u00a0Iriafen,\u00a0Rickea Jackson,\u00a0Angel\u00a0Reese and JuJu\u00a0Watkins,” the Team USA release stated.<\/a><\/p>\n Eighteen players will participate in total, including some of the WNBA’s biggest stars alongside Bueckers.<\/p>\n The coaching staff also is deep-rooted in excellence, too, which should be a benefit to Bueckers.<\/p>\n “During the 2025 season, [Stephanie] White led the Fever to a franchise-best 24 wins,” the release added. “Tibbetts, who made it to the WNBA Finals in 2025\u00a0with Phoenix,\u00a0was the head coach of the USA Basketball Men\u2019s Pan American Games Team that finished third place in 2011. Nakase, the 2025 WNBA Coach of the Year, will make her\u00a0USA Basketball debut.\u00a0The\u00a0first-year head coach\u00a0helped the Valkyries become the first-ever expansion franchise to make the playoffs in their first season.”<\/p>\n The team will be coached by Duke’s Kara Lawson, as it’ll attempt to narrow down a star-studded roster before the team officially participates.<\/p>\n Training camp will take place in a few weeks time at Duke University, going from December 12-14.<\/p>\n Additional info alongside who Bueckers will be playing with is below.<\/p>\n “The camp will feature 2024 Olympic gold medalists\u00a0Kahleah Copper,\u00a0Chelsea Gray,\u00a0Brittney Griner,\u00a0Kelsey\u00a0Plum\u00a0and\u00a0Jackie Young,” a statement read. “Dearica Hamby\u00a0won a 3×3 bronze\u00a0medal\u00a0at the Olympic Games Paris 2024.\u00a0\u00a0Brionna Jones\u00a0is a 2022 FIBA World Cup champion, alongside Copper\u00a0and\u00a0Gray\u00a0while\u00a0Plum\u00a0(2022,\u00a02018)\u00a0and\u00a0Griner\u00a0(2018, 2014)\u00a0are\u00a0two-time World Cup\u00a0champions.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Aliyah Boston,\u00a0who has represented the USA in various junior and senior competitions and camps, is also expected in Durham.”<\/p>\n Overall, this gives Bueckers a unique opportunity to continue to grow professionally as a woman’s basketball player will also be in the presence of some of the best players and coaches in the sport.
