Bell has also been involved in the lawsuit between 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports (FRM) vs. NASCAR. <\/p>\n<p>Kyle and Samantha Busch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.on3.com\/pro\/news\/kyle-busch-wife-samantha-sound-the-alarm-on-insurance-scam-announce-litigation-after-being-misled\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">filed the lawsuit <\/a>against Pacific Life Insurance Company on Oct. 14 in Lincoln County, North Carolina. The complaint states the Busch family had losses exceeding $8.58 million. <\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, Kyle Busch talked about the issues he had with Pacific Life. The company sent the two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion a sixth premium notice on what was supposed to be a five-year payment plan, which led to Busch noticing that something was wrong. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was like, wait a second, what am I getting a sixth-year premium payment for?\u201d Busch said from Phoenix Raceway on Nov. 1, per the <a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/nascar-kyle-bush-lawsuit-9100697e9ece4c91f298ead9b2a6d7fb\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Associated Press.<\/a> \u201cWe got on a call with the guy who sold me the premium policies, and he ran me around in all these circles, couldn\u2019t answer the questions, so I was like, this is fishy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>More on the Kyle Busch insurance case<\/p>\n<p>Busch and Samantha went to an independent firm and were told that their policy would expire in 16 months, and all of the $10.4 million they invested gone. Kyle Busch said if he paid $1 million for five years, he could take out $800,000 a year once he turned 52.
