Bryce Perkins has played for the <a href=\"https:\/\/pfnewsroom.com\/ufl-teams\/michigan-panthers\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Michigan Panthers<\/a> the last two seasons, and is coming off one of the greatest single-season campaigns we\u2019ve seen yet in spring football.<\/p>\n<p>Bryce Perkins was, undoubtedly, one of the UFL\u2019s top players in 2025. He won MVP (Most Valuable Player) for the 2025 season; alongside being named as the league\u2019s Offensive Player of the Year. He was also named as the league\u2019s All-UFL quarterback \u2013 earning the top three awards possible for quarterbacks and offensive players in this league.<\/p>\n<p>Perkins threw for 1,342 yards and nine touchdowns in 2025, to just two interceptions on 69% completion. Perkins threw for 235 yards and a touchdown on 20\/25 passing, alongside a rushing TD. In the Championship, he amassed 338 passing yards and three touchdowns as Michigan fell to DC, 58-34.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Bryce has opted to head up north. With the Michigan Panthers relocating, Steve Kazor\u2019s dismissal from the UFL \u2013 and the uncertainty of Mike Nolan\u2019s future \u2013 the choice became obvious for Perkins. He was an unrestricted free agent, having signed with the Carolina Panthers this past preseason.<\/p>\n<p>The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are fresh off their CFL season, which ended with a 10-8 record and a loss to the Montreal Alouettes in the playoffs.
