Not even any of the regional promotions anyone has heard of are up and running. This coming week is a famine in the MMA world. MMA Prop Pick of the Week: UFC 323
\nUFC 323: Dvalishvili vs Yan 2<\/a><\/p>\n

Start Time: 6:00 PM EST (Dec 6th) \u2013 (ESPN2\/ESPN+\/PPV)<\/p>\n

I normally don\u2019t play round props in MMA, but this one was too easy to pass up. Lightweights Terrance McKinney and Chris Duncan<\/a> will do battle on the prelims at UFC 323, and the fight isn\u2019t getting out of the first round.<\/p>\n

How am I so sure of that? Because \u2018T.Wrecks\u2019 McKinney is involved in it, that\u2019s how. McKinney knows he isn\u2019t paid by the hour, so he gets in and out of the cage with haste. McKinney hasn\u2019t seen a second round in five straight fights, and 13 of his last 15 fights haven\u2019t gone past the five-minute mark, win or lose.<\/p>\n
