Eminem made a surprise appearance amid Jack White’s National Football League (NFL) Thanksgiving Halftime Show on Thursday.<\/p>\n
During a break in the game between the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers, The White Stripes frontman walked onto a stage set up at the Ford Field stadium in his native Detroit, Michigan.<\/p>\n
White opened the set with his 2024 song, That’s How I’m Feeling, before launching into The White Stripes’ 2000 track, Hello Operator.<\/p>\n
The rocker then welcomed Eminem to the stage, with the rapper breaking into an electrifying rendition of his 2002 hit, ‘Till I Collapse.<\/p>\n
“Ladies and gentlemen, Detroit’s own, Eminem!” the 50-year-old announced as the Slim Shady star rose up on a platform amid a cloud of white smoke.<\/p>\n
At the end of his cameo, Eminem declared, “Detroit! Happy Thanksgiving, y’all,” before leaving the stage.<\/p>\n
To conclude the set, White offered up an energetic version of The White Stripes’ mega-hit, Seven Nation Army, with the Detroit Lions Cheerleaders performing choreography on the field.<\/p>\n
Taking to Instagram after the gig, the musician simply wrote, “Detroit.”<\/p>\n
In addition, the hip-hop icon commented, “Detroit thank u!!! So great to join @officialjackwhite with @iamdenaun at the @detroitlionsnfl Thanksgiving Halftime Show!”<\/p>\n
And Eminem’s daughter, Hailie Jade, shared that she was at the game too.<\/p>\n
The influencer posted a short video of herself at the stadium holding her baby son Elliot, who was wearing earmuffs. Hailie and husband Evan McClintock welcomed their first child in March.<\/p>\n
Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, produced the Thanksgiving Halftime Show.<\/p>\n
