July 29:<\/p>\n<p id=\"ROKObX\">The Blazers received Holiday in a one-for-one swap for guard Anfernee Simons after two second-round draft picks were first offered by Portland, then <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blazersedge.com\/2025\/7\/7\/24463209\/portland-trail-blazers-boston-celtics-jrue-holiday-trade-anfernee-simons-nba-news\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">taken off the table after receiving Holiday\u2019s physical<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"pXBx97\">In a recent episode of Locked On Blazers, host Mike Richman mentioned that Holiday hasn\u2019t yet had an introductory press conference because the trade was officially inked when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/ripcity\/comments\/1m685lc\/mike_richman_shares_why_the_blazers_havent_done\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">most of the people who cover the team were in Las Vegas for Summer League<\/a>.
