During a recent red carpet interview at the 2025 GQ Men Of The Year party, Lizzo was asked if she had a \u201cword for the dolls.\u201d<\/p>\n
The artist then stopped herself from getting too \u201cpolitical.\u201d The interviewer then pivoted, asking Lizzo if she had any words of support for any doll who may be watching.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe best thing you can be in this world is yourself,\u201d she said. \u201cNo matter what you have to do or who the fuck you have to ignore or what boundry you have to break through to be yourself do it. It\u2019s worth it, baby on the other side.\u201d<\/p>\n
The phrase \u201cProtect the Dolls\u201d was printed on a T-shirt by designer Conner Ives to support <\/a>Trans Lifeline<\/a>.
