In an update on her pregnancy, Naomi posted the following message via Twitter\/X\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cITS A BOY!\ud83e\udd79\ud83d\udc99.  We decided to cancel our gender reveal due to me dealing with a complication.  Baby and I are stable, taking it one day at a time.  Thank you all for the birthday love, wishes, support and prayers. \ud83d\ude18\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Naomi turned 38 years old on November 30th.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">ITS A BOY!\ud83e\udd79\ud83d\udc99.
