It\u2019s true what they say: your body works as a unit. It\u2019s not harmful, but it is a reminder to slow down, check your alignment and draw your core in a little tighter.<\/p>\n<p>I also found it helpful to support my neck in the final 15 seconds of the arm pulses and switch to pulsing one arm at a time. And if things got too intense, pausing for a quick reset made all the difference.
