It\u2019s the date that\u2019s been circled on everybody\u2019s calendar for the better part of the last 14 months. During that time, hundreds of documents and pieces of discovery have surfaced (some of which left people with hurt feelings<\/a>), and with no resolution in sight, one thing has become evident: NASCAR is heading to court.<\/p>\n

Barring some kind of come-to-Jesus moment on either side of the case over the course of Thanksgiving weekend, the two parties are scheduled to meet on Monday in Charlotte, North Carolina, to begin jury selection, in a trial that is scheduled to run for 10 days over the next two weeks.<\/p>\n

Josh Bilicki will get the chance at a full-time ride<\/a> in the NASCAR National Series ranks in 2026, as he\u2019ll move into the driver\u2019s seat of the No. 07 Chevrolet for SS-GreenLight Racing in the NASCAR O\u2019Reilly Auto Parts Series. Bilicki had driven part-time for DGM Racing and Joe Gibbs Racing over the last few seasons.<\/p>\n

Bilicki, who broke into the NASCAR National Series by way of his supreme road racing skill and has been rounding himself into an all-around racer the last few seasons, is excited for the opportunity and sees a lot of potential with his new race team.<\/p>\n
