NORTHFIELD, Minn. \u2013 The St. Olaf College men’s and women’s soccer teams both put six student-athletes on the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District \u00ae Teams, as announced last week.<\/p>\n
Senior Katie Beaudry<\/a>, senior Cat Duffy-Shaw<\/a>, junior Emily Johnson<\/a>, senior Marit Klagge<\/a>, senior Megan Timmerman<\/a>, and junior Wren VanDeWalker<\/a> represented St. Olaf on the women’s list, while junior Ryan Bechtel<\/a>, senior Ben Beckman<\/a>, senior Robi Buzakovic<\/a>, junior Sean Elster<\/a>, senior Jack Hobday<\/a>, and senior Caspar Olseth<\/a> did so on the men’s list.<\/p>\n In order to be recognized on the CSC Academic All-District \u00ae Teams, student-athletes must have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.50, compete in at least 90 percent of their institution’s games or start in 66 percent of the contests, and be at least a sophomore academically and athletically.<\/p>\n Beaudry, Duffy-Shaw, Beckman, and Olseth all landed their maximum third CSC Academic All-District \u00ae accolade, while Johnson, Klagge, Timmerman, Bechtel, and Buzakovic earned their second. VanDeWalker, Elster, and Hobday were first-time honorees.<\/p>\n Beaudry, Duffy-Shaw, and Johnson advanced to the women’s Academic All-America \u00ae ballot, while Bechtel, Beckman, Buzakovic, Hobday, and Olseth moved onto the men’s nationwide ballot. First-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America \u00ae honorees will be announced on Dec. 16.
