Current Transformation Minister Jo\u00ebl Lightbound also becomes Quebec lieutenant, and Environment and Climate Change Minister Julie Dabrusin gains the nature portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>Miller had been in charge of immigration, Crown-Indigenous relations and Indigenous services under former prime minister Justin Trudeau.<\/p>\n<p>The Montreal MP was not given a cabinet post when Carney first took office.<\/p>\n<p>Miller told reporters that he was happy to be back in cabinet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt feels great, I\u2019m a guy that likes to be busy and so I was a little restless.
