The most recent extension underscores the ongoing discussions and suggests the two sides have yet to reach an agreement that benefits both the league and its players.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"304\" data-end=\"440\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">However, ESPN has since reported details of a proposal the WNBA sent to the WNBPA that includes salary increases and higher salary caps.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">From NBA Today, new reporting on the WNBA\u2019s latest CBA proposal: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/nB12Yjg9fQ\" rel=\"nofollow\">pic.twitter.com\/nB12Yjg9fQ<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Alexa Philippou (@alexaphilippou) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/alexaphilippou\/status\/1995597171388023113?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">December 1, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"56\" data-end=\"264\">If the proposal is not accepted by the players\u2019 association, time is running out to introduce another.
