She hears what I\u2019m saying to you,” O\u2019Donnell said, explaining that her daughter “recognizes what\u2019s going on.”\u00a0<\/p>\n The comedian also emphasized, “Of me thinking that I have to somehow stand in defiance of him. No, no \u2026 I don’t. Somebody can tap me out, you know. Yeah. I did 22 years. I don’t really need to do any more. And I don’t want my kid to be so affected by it.”<\/p>\n White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson slammed O’Donnell after the comedian\u2019s latest swipe at Trump, telling Fox News Digital, “Rosie O\u2019Donnell clearly suffers from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome and it\u2019s better for the entire country that she decided to move away.”<\/p>\n O\u2019Donnell relocated to Ireland after Trump threatened to strip her of U.S. citizenship.<\/p>\n In October, she announced she was applying for Irish citizenship, citing her grandparents\u2019 roots and a self-described “self-imposed (political exile)” in Ireland<\/a>.<\/p>\n O\u2019Donnell moved to Ireland in January, just five days before President Trump\u2019s 2025 inauguration. (Getty Images)<\/p>\n In an interview with the U.K.’s Daily Telegraph<\/a>, the 63-year-old said, “I am applying and about to be approved for my Irish citizenship as my grandparents were from there, and that\u2019s all you need.
