Embiid was listed as out in Philadelphia\u2019s initial injury report and subsequently played in the game.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The fine takes into account the 76ers\u2019 prior history of fines for violating injury reporting rules.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Embiid did sit out Tuesday against Washington.
