Despite his success, Bhatia admits he hasn’t fully grasped just how young he is compared to his peers, reports the Mirror US.<\/a><\/p>\n

“I think that I don’t really realize how young I am,” Bhatia explained. “This week I’m the youngest guy in the field, which is really hard for me to process,” he reflected following his second round at the Hero World Challenge.<\/p>\n

“And one thing I ask myself, which is kind of funny, don’t know if I should share it, but I’ve gotta ask myself what was Scottie Scheffler doing at 23? He was still working his way on the Korn Ferry Tour, or maybe even not, I don’t know, but look where he is now at 27, 28 years old.<\/p>\n

“So I just try and remind myself that no matter how hard or easy certain things feel, it’s a long career. I was talking to Rickie, it’s his 17th year coming up and it’s really amazing like to process that for me because I feel like I’ve been out here for a long time and I’m not even close.”<\/p>\n

Bhatia, who has previously expressed his enjoyment of having a lefty on his bag, shared his anticipation for the next phase in his game.<\/p>\n

“I think I do a lot of things so good, in my opinion, and to really treat each week, treat myself a little better,” Bhatia said. “Like really understand and be grateful for what I’m doing as a 23-year-old. Obviously I want to win big tournaments, I want to contend in big tournaments. I’ve been there a couple times and each year it’s just really fun to have those opportunities and grind i out, however that looks.”<\/p>\n

After parting ways with Homa, Greiner took on caddying duties for Justin Thomas at last year’s RBC Heritage in a temporary role, leading the veteran to an unexpected victory. Greiner also teamed up with Collin Morikawa for a short stint before another split.<\/p>\n

He then caddied for Jake Knapp at the FedEx St. Jude Championship and is now positively influencing Bhatia’s game as 2025 comes to a close. Following the first round of the tournament, where Bhatia is vying for the $1-million top prize, he revealed that he’s had his sights set on Greiner for some time.<\/p>\n

“I definitely was chasing him a lot middle through the year, consistently just seeing where he’s at. So I was chasing him a lot more.
