The definition of a prospect is anybody that we thought was not on the team permanently at the time we produced the list (November 17, 2025).<\/p>\n<p>The Vancouver Canucks prospect pool ranks 24th of 32 NHL teams. Stay tuned as we roll out all 32 teams Top 10 prospect rankings with a few honorable mentions. We\u2019re keeping these posts brief and to the point.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>November 2025<\/p>\n<p>Vancouver\u2019s pool is solid, led by a potential star winger and defensive depth.<\/p>\n<p>Jonathan Lekkerimaki (RW) \u2013 2022 1st round | Abbotsford (AHL)<br \/>Elite shooter and scorer. AHL production strong.<br \/>Upside: Top-line sniper<\/p>\n<p>Tom Willander (D) \u2013 2023 1st round | Abbotsford (AHL)<br \/>*Complete two-way RHD. Safe top-4 projection.*<br \/>Upside: Second-pair D<\/p>\n<p>Braeden Cootes (C) \u2013 2025 1st round | Seattle (WHL)<br \/>Two-way center. WHL production good.<br \/>Upside: Middle-6 C<\/p>\n<p>Alexsei Medvedev (G) \u2013 2025 2nd round | London (OHL)<br \/>Athletic Russian goalie. OHL starter.<br \/>Upside: NHL tandem<\/p>\n<p>Kirill Kudyavtsev (D) \u2013 2022 7th round | Abbotsford (AHL)<br \/>Puck-moving defenseman.
