<\/p>\nFrank \u2018The Ghost\u2019 Martin (19-0, 13 KOs) looked impressive, scoring a fourth-round highlight reel knockout of Rances Barthelemy (30-4-1, 15 KOs) on Saturday night in light welterweight action at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas.<\/p>\n
Fighting for the first time since being knocked out by Gervonta Davis 18 months ago, Martin flattened the 39-year-old\u00a0Barthelemy with a perfectly placed left hand to the head in round four to get the KO.\u00a0Barthelemy was badly hurt and couldn\u2019t get up even if he wanted to. The time of the stoppage was at 2:56 of round four.<\/p>\n
Return of \u2018The Ghost\u2019<\/p>\n
Martin, 30, used a lot of movement to negate\u00a0Barthelemy\u2019s offense in rounds one through three, constantly turning to avoid his jabs and right hands. It worked well for \u2018The Ghost,\u2019 but it also kept him from landing his own punches. It was needless movement against this type of non-puncher.<\/p>\n

Left Hand of Doom<\/p>\n
In the fourth, Martin went to work, connecting with two lefts that put\u00a0Barthelemy down on the canvas. When he got up, and the action resumed, Martin bum rushed him, landing punches mostly on the guard of the Cuban.<\/p>\n
Barthelemy smiled and motioned Martin to keep attacking, and that he did. Moments later, \u2018The Ghost\u2019 caught him with a telegraphed left to the jaw of Barthelemy, sending him down back-first on the canvas. There would be no getting up from that knockdown. The referee then waved it off when he saw that Rances was in no condition to return to his feet.<\/p>\n
