(theACC.com) \u2013 For the fifth time in program history, third-seeded Florida State won the NCAA Division I Women\u2019s College Cup after a 1-0 victory over top-seeded Stanford Monday evening at CPKC Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>With the win, the Seminoles earned the ACC\u2019s 27th national title in league history and 33rd among its current membership. Florida State also claimed the ACC\u2019s second national title of the 2025-26 academic calendar, joining NC State women\u2019s cross country.<\/p>\n<p>After a scoreless 86 minutes, striker Wrianna Hudson provided the game winner in the 87th minute for her second tally of the Women\u2019s College Cup. Hudson also scored the deciding goal in Friday\u2019s semifinal against Duke to send the Seminoles to the title match. For Hudson, the goal was her 15th of the season.<\/p>\n<p>The FSU defense held Stanford scoreless for the first time since September 7 despite allowing 18 shots on the night.
