\n\tDonald Trump<\/a> says he had nothing to do with CBS canceling \u201cThe Late Show With Stephen Colbert<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a post to Truth Social<\/a> on Tuesday, Trump claimed that \u201ceverybody\u201d thinks he was \u201csolely responsible\u201d for the end of \u201cThe Late Show,\u201d an accusation the President declared \u201cnot true!\u201d He asserted the reason Stephen Colbert was canceled was due to \u201c$50 Million Dollars a year\u201d in losses and a \u201cpure lack of TALENT.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cEverybody is saying that I was solely responsible for the firing of Stephen Colbert from CBS, \u2018Late Night’\u201d Trump wrote. \u201cThat is not true! The reason he was fired was a pure lack of TALENT, and the fact that this deficiency was costing CBS $50 Million Dollars a year in losses \u2014 And it was only going to get WORSE!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tTrump went on to say the \u201ceven less talented\u201d Jimmy Kimmel<\/a>, who hosts ABC\u2019s \u201cJimmy Kimmy Live!,\u201d and the \u201cweak, and very insecure\u201d Jimmy Fallon<\/a> of NBC\u2019s \u201cThe Tonight Show,\u201d are next on the chopping block.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cNext up will be an even less talented Jimmy Kimmel, and then, a weak, and very insecure, Jimmy Fallon,\u201d he added. \u201cThe only real question is, who will go first? Show Biz and Television is a very simple business. If you get Ratings, you can say or do anything. If you don\u2019t, you always become a victim. Colbert became a victim to himself, the other two will follow.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tWhile unnamed in Trump\u2019s post, Seth Meyers recently addressed his future in the late-night space. He said the fate of his show, \u201cLate Night With Seth Meyers,\u201d is \u201coutside of my control.\u201d<\/p>\n
