\n\tSky<\/a> Studios boss C\u00e9cile Frot-Coutaz has had her remit expanded to include advertising as Priya Dogra exits to run Channel 4<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tWe understand that Dogra, who has been Sky\u2019s Chief Advertising & New Revenue Officer for just over a year, will not be replaced directly but Frot-Coutaz will incorporate advertising. Telegraph Media Group Chief Commercial Officer Karen Eccles is also joining Sky as its MD for Sky Media UK and ROI.<\/p>\n

\n\tDeadline understands the pay-TV giant is taking the opportunity of Dogra\u2019s exit to bring editorial and advertising closer together. Eccles, who had been with The Telegraph owner for eight years, will report to Frot-Coutaz, who is currently CEO of Sky Studios<\/a> & Chief Content Officer at Sky.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI\u2019m pleased to be stepping into this role at such an important time in the industry,\u201d said Eccles. \u201cI look forward to working with the Sky Media team, building on its strong foundations and helping to shape the next phase of growth.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tDogra\u2019s shock exit to Channel 4 was announced this morning<\/a>. The former Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA boss landed at Sky last year and spearheaded Universal Ads, a cross-industry initiative between Sky, ITV and Channel 4. She begins her Channel 4 gig in March.<\/p>\n

\n\tFrot Coutaz has been with Comcast-owned Sky for nearly five years.
