The 2.5-milligram and 6.25-milligram medications affected are bisoprolol fumarate and hydrochlorothiazide tablets distributed in 30-count, 100-count and 500-count bottles. Manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, the recalled medications include lot codes “17232401” or “17240974” and expiration dates of “11\/2025” or “05\/2026.”\n<\/p>\n
