Notably, Sacks emphasized that the administration will not push back on state-level regulation around child safety and AI. He later wrote in a social media post that the EO \u201cdoes not mean the Administration will challenge every State AI law.\u201d\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-elevate inline-placeholder vossi-paragraph\" data-uri=\"cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/cmj22ob1c0006356pecb4igsf@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-article-gutter=\"true\">\n            Congress killed an earlier attempt by Republicans to prevent states from regulating AI in July. On the other are figures such as Florida Gov.
