BROOKLYN, N.Y.—-Announced by the Eastern College Athletic Conference on Thursday, Brooklyn College freshman forward Andrew Gavrilov has been named the organization’s NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Rookie of the Year.\u00a0 He was also selected as an All-ECAC Second Team member.\u00a0 Gavrilov helped the Bulldogs to a 10-6-1 overall record, the program’s first regular season CUNYAC title since 1981, and a conference championship tournament semifinal appearance as the No. 1 seed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
